coconutCoconut is considered as a healthy food and doctors are advising the people to add coconut to their daily diet. The coconut is a dry nut and as we all know its strength is so high. The husk is composed of fibers called coir and there is also an inner stone. The endocarp is the hardest part of the coconut. Although coconut meat contains less fat than other dry nuts such as peanuts and almonds, it is noted for its high amount of saturated fat. Coconut water from the unripe coconut can be drunk fresh add it brings the body temperature down. In the summer season coconuts are must to maintain the body temperature.
